Refund policy

 

Thank you for visiting and shopping with KRYLX. Following are the terms and conditions that constitute our Refund Policy. We reserve the right to change or modify our policy at anytime without giving prior notification. Be sure to review this information prior to placing your order as you are agreeing to the below terms by placing an order with KRYLX.

Please Note: Orders placed after 5:00 p.m. eastern standard time will begin processing on the following business day. Our fulfillment center is closed on weekends and all major holidays. Orders placed over the weekends will begin processing the following Monday

 

 

Shipping Insurance

We are proud to offer Route Package Protection as an option for your order! Route provides protection for shipments that are lost, broken, or stolen. Add Route to your cart at checkout to enable protection!

If customer chooses not to include Route Package Protection with their order, please note: KRYLX is NOT responsible or held liable for any shipping issues along the way such as delivery delays, missing, stolen/lost or damaged packages. Customer assumes all risks and must file an insurance claim with USPS. There will be no refunds and or store credit/reshipments granted.

*DISCLAIMER: Once a package leaves our fulfillment center it becomes the property of the shipping company (USPS/UPS/DHL). We do NOT have any control over the carriers nor do we have any special privileges, information, or "ins". Please understand, we are not able to provide any more information other than what is already provided by your tracking information, nor are we able to control, manage or change how packages are handled by the carrier after pickup from our warehouse, during transit, or delivery. In the event you are unable to locate your delivery or have any other issues related to your shipment please contact the carrier first as they are better able to assist you. If you have Route Package Protection purchased with your order please file a claim at claims.route.com.

Damages

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Please email support@krylx.com, be sure to include order number, photo reference of damage and packing slip for verification.

We address damages on a case-by-case basis and will do our best to work towards a satisfactory solution. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods, as they may be needed to complete your case. If you have Route Package Protection please file a claim at claims.route.com

 

 

Order Fulfillment

All KRYLX products are barcoded and scanned during the fulfillment process before labels are able to be created. Once items are scanned, it is then tagged into our system to make sure all contents are included in your order. Labels are not able to be created if items are not scanned.

In the unlikely event that an item is missing, it’s likely your item was tampered with during transit.  Please send photo evidence of the packaging received immediately upon delivery of the items. This includes photo of shipping box, items received along with the packing slip to begin the investigation process. If you have Route Package Protection please file a claim at claims.route.com

 

 

Refused/Unclaimed Shipments

If an order is refused or undelivered due to an incorrect/incomplete address, you are responsible for the original shipping expenses, reshipment expenses, as well as any additional duties, fees, customs, or taxes incurred in shipping. Please be sure to check with your local shipping courier office for fees information before placing an order.

If the customer refuses to pay re-shipment fees, as well as any additional duties, fees, customs, or taxes incurred in shipping a partial refund will be processed, deducting the original cost of shipping and a 25% restocking fee.

Return & Exchange Policy

All KRYLX products returns are subject to a 25% restocking fee.
The restocking fee will not be applied to return orders due to an error on our behalf.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it. Return requests are handled on a case-by-case bases. We can only accept return requests for items that are unopened, unused, in the same condition it was received. The product(s) must be in its original packaging. Return request must be received no later than 2 days of reception.

To start a return, you can contact us at support@krylx.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. 

Once we receive your returned item, our team will inspect the item(s). We will send you an email to confirm that we’ve received your item and are processing your return. If approved, a refund will be issued for the subtotal amount only. Refunds are issued to the original method of payment typically within 3-5 business days. Customer is responsible for all shipping costs associated with the return of items.


Non-returnable items

Used products, opened or not original packaging, return requests received after 2 days of delivery date.
Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items, free gifts or gift cards.

 

 

Fraudulent Orders

If your account has been associated with previous disputes and or chargebacks, your order will be canceled immediately. Unfortunately, we are unable to process orders that are deemed high risk.
