Here at KRYLX®️ we value or customers and their experience however, customer takes full responsibility knowing what they are purchasing. Due to the nature of these products, we do not offer exchanges, substitutions, store credit or refunds. Please note: All colors appear differently on different screens, different lighting, different swatches, and different skin tones. Some colors are more pigmented than others depending on the formula base.

Order Discrepancies: In the rare event that you experienced an issue with your order, such as a missing item, incorrect item received, damaged, or a defective item, please fill out the Order Assistance Form and we will get that resolved for you!

Priority Shipping

All domestic packages include complimentary shipping insurance for incidentals. Signature required for orders over $100.

How do I know if my order was placed?

Once you complete your order, a confirmation email will be sent to the email address associated with your account. Be sure you've entered the correct contact information before placing your order.

How long does processing take?

Order processing takes 3-5 business days. Our fulfillment center is closed on weekends and all major holidays. Orders placed over the weekends will begin processing the following Monday.

Please note: Transit times come in to effect after your order has been processed and shipped from our facility.

I purchased several orders, can you combine my orders and ship them together?

Unfortunately, we do not combine shipments. Orders are processed and shipped in the order that they are received.

Can I cancel my order?

We're sorry to hear you would like to cancel your order. If you placed your order within 24 hours and you would like to cancel it, please contact us using the form below. Unfortunately, we are unable to cancel any orders after 24 hours.

My order has shipped, when will it arrive?

You will receive a separate email with tracking number once your order undergoes processing. Once your items arrives to the shipping carrier, you can expect your shiny new nail products to deliver within 3-5 business days.

Can I make changes to my order?

Unfortunately, once an order has been placed, we are unable to modify it. If you would like to cancel your order and are within our 24 hour cancellation period, please fill out the form below.

I am an international customer, do I have to pay customs and taxes?

Items shipped outside of the United States are subject to duties, taxes, handling and/or other miscellaneous charges as defined by the country of import. The countries that require duties, taxes, handling and/or other miscellaneous fees are not included in the cost of your order.
